Beluga (Graded 0, 00, 000)

Species Origin: Sourced from the majestic Beluga sturgeon (Huso huso), the largest and most prestigious sturgeon species in the world, capable of reaching over 7 metres and living more than 100 years. Because wild populations are critically endangered, all of Vellor’s Beluga is sustainably farmed.

Grading Characteristics:

• 000: The largest and lightest platinum-grey pearls, the rarest and most prized grading.
• 00: Medium grey pearls.
• 0: Smaller and darker pearls.

Tasting Notes: Silky, melt-in-the-mouth texture with a delicate, buttery flavour, subtle nuttiness, and a clean, buttery finish.
