Persicus Imperial

Species Origin: Sourced from the Persian sturgeon (Acipenser persicus), an endemic Caspian species historically known for its elegant, large pearls and once considered among the rarest “black pearls” of the region. It is now sustainably farmed in Azerbaijan.

Tasting Notes: Large, elegant pearls offering a complex hazelnut flavour with smooth, lingering richness.
