Tasting Notes
Species Origin: Sourced from the Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) raised in the clean, nutrient-rich waters of the Danube Delta. It is the same classic species as the Caspian Oscietra but features a distinct terroir from the European river system.

Serve well chilled and present with a restrained hand. Best suited to blinis, potato, creme fraiche and clean mineral pairings.
